EVERY PROJECT IS UNIQUE TO US

At AUTO-FORM, we treat every order individually – from the initial inquiry to the delivery of the finished ambulance. Our goal is to ensure that each stage is precisely planned and carried out with attention to the highest quality standards, both for standard and special orders.

WHAT DOES THE ENTIRE COOPERATION process PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

FIRST CONTACT

It all starts with a conversation. Our sales department prepares a preliminary offer, discusses possible configurations, and advises on the best solutions. At this stage, we answer all your questions and clarify your needs.

SIGNING THE AGREEMENT

Once the offer has been accepted, we move on to the formalities. The signed agreement converts the arrangements into a detailed production specification, which is developed jointly by the sales and design departments.

LOGISTICS AND PREPARATION

The logistics department secures all necessary components. The warehouse coordinates deliveries so that individual components reach the production line exactly when they are needed.

PRODUCTION

The ambulance goes through successive stages on our production line – from electrical installation, through interior fittings and finishing, to ventilation and air conditioning systems. Each stage is subject to thorough quality control.

TESTING AND QUALITY CONTROL

The finished vehicle undergoes detailed technical tests and safety procedures. Only after positive verification does it go to the customer.

AMBULANCE DELIVERY

The vehicle is delivered with complete documentation and operating instructions. This is when we thoroughly discuss all functions to ensure full comfort of use from day one.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS an ORDER AND WHAT AFFECTS THIS TIME?

THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON SEVERAL FACTORS:

TYPE OF ORDER

standard projects are completed faster because they are based on previously prepared diagrams and designs. Special projects that require an individual approach may take longer because they involve the creation of new solutions.

PROJECT COMPLEXITY

special orders, such as new car models or unique customer requirements, require additional design work, which affects production time.

PRODUCTION PLAN

production takes place in a linear system, and the delivery time depends on the availability of free space on the production lines.

COMPONENT AVAILABILITY

order fulfillment time may also depend on the availability of base vehicles and necessary components that are ordered specifically for the customer. If certain components are unavailable, the waiting time for their delivery may affect the production completion date.

WARRANTY AND POST-WARRANTY INSPECTION

we perform inspections of medical bodies at our headquarters or at the location of the ambulance - this is an important part of our work, as inspections are the basis for maintaining the warranty on medical bodies.

ORDER FULFILLMENT USUALLY TAKES FROM SEVERAL WEEKS TO SEVERAL MONTHS, DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROJECT.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT AFTER DELIVERY

Our cooperation does not end when the customer picks up the vehicle – after this stage, you can still count on our support, which includes:

TRAINING FOR STAFF

we will train your employees in the operation of the vehicle and its systems. The training covers both everyday use and emergency procedures.

SERVICE AND ADVICE

after delivery of the vehicle, we provide full service support and advice on further operation.

INSTRUCTIONS

we provide detailed operating instructions and vehicle documentation so that users know how to care for every part of the ambulance.
